Anime Challenge Day 12

Anime Challenge Day 12

Hey there, we’ve made it to Day 12 of the Anime Challenge. The challenge? The anime I’ve rewatched the most. This is a short and simple one because I don’t rewatch many anime; honestly, I could count on one hand how many I’ve rewatched. So, today, we’ll be looking at one of the funniest anime I’ve ever seen.

Nichijou

Nichijou is a 2011 anime abut a bunch of schoolgirls living an ordinary life, dealing with ordinary problems in the most extraordinary way possible. It’s kind of something you need to see to understand. What you should know, is that it is side-splitting in its comedy, at least for me.

The smallest things are overblown and drawn out to the point it shouldn’t even be funny…but it is! It’s amazing how the show is able to keep you laughing when the jokes don’t really change up their format that much. You get things like talking cats, exaggerated reactions, a principal wrestling a deer, a student riding a goat to and around school. You see where I’m going? It’s really weird, but it works somehow. It’s why I’ve gone back to it time and again. Just look at these screens and tell me you don’t smile just a little.

If none of those made you smile even a little, then this show isn't for you, but if you did, then go watch this. Now!
